Payment for a cancel subsription

Hello I have the some problem I cancel my subsrption in January and I noticed that the amount is still being debited from my credit card (appro 25 per month).

 

it's really frustrating that there isn't even a chat to report this does anybody idea how to handel this ??

contact adobe support about the error. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an ad

How does one cancel a subscrption?  I was sure this was completed months age.  Just recieved a request fpr a mo thly payment?  No I cancelled the Subcrption
