Hello.

I checked my mailbox yesterday and received a failed payment email from Adobe

I checked and found that the payment for Adobe Plan 24000 won failedin order to

I checked Adobe and found that 24,000 won was paid from May last year to May this year

There's a payment failure in June

You don't have to open your e-mail at all

I looked at the mailbox yesterday because I had something to answer by leaving an inquiry somewhere else

It was shocking.

I canceled the 100 won payment after paying 100 won for the experience board a year ago, so I thought the plan was over

It was paid for a year without me knowing, and I looked for a way to cancel the plan again

Since the card payment has not been made, I tried to pay 24,000 won again and cancel the plan with the intention of updating the card information and getting a refund, but I decided to pay 100,000 won for the rest of the year's plan as a fee.

There will be no record of me logging in to Adobe for a year other than the history of logging in for the first trial payment.

Then there are probably people who didn't know why the payment history would come out on the credit card statement

The card is not my card, it's my family's card, and my family thinks I'm using it

You didn't ask me why I can pay every month.

I have all the proof of the invoice payment details by email, and I would like to get a full refund as I will be able to confirm that I have no login history for a year.

contact adobe support if you have a question about billing/payment. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, do
