Hello, today i installed free trial plan for 30 days. But it detected £19.97 from my account. Why it's detected as it was a free trial for 30 days. Will it be reverse? Or what's the process of it?

All Cloud trials are for 7 days only. Not 30 days.

 

On day 8, if you have not cancelled then your paid subscription begins.

You can get a  full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your subscription starting. After that there is a fee for early cancellation.
