Thanks for reaching out, @monfy_7872. We appreciate you running all the checks for making the payment. Have you tried any alternative payment method, perhaps a different debit/credit card for making the transaction?

Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,all else failed, the client asked me to use a credit card.
