Back in september i had the free trial for adobe then paid $30 per month for my plan. i paid for the month of september but ive been struggling with money so the payment of october declined. I recently got paid and 30 dollars was immediately taken from my account, I am trying to change my plan to the 11.99 one but it still says i owe 30 dollars when 30 dollars where already taken from me for the month of october.
