Payment not authorized

Hi all,

i have an Adobe account and i went to check out my control panel i see a payment not authorized about 1 year license of Photoshop ,the funny things is i do not have the license availble on my account as i bought a monthly subscription for that ...also when i click manage th payment appear always an error ,in few words doesn't allow me to see the payment.

 

Before to contact my lawyer is possible to keep in otuch with someone that work in the Adobe support i see very very difficult touch with these hidden people ...it is ashame that aperson should receive such actions.

i did not receive any email or message  when the payment was done ....mhhhh
