payment not supporting in my region

I am a new user to Adobe products .

I cannot make the payment .And it showing that "Discover is not supported in your region" .

I even used some VPN but it is showing again and again like that .

I don't know what to do .

Do you have another credit card you can use? Based on the error, Discover card is not supported in your region, India, as shown in your screenshot.
