I would like to know how you can help me with a problem that you have not yet been able to solve. For a month now I have been making a claim for abusive billing by Adobe, for a plan that I did not contract, and I cannot even eliminate it. the credit card, I need to resolve that as soon as possible, I appreciate your help. Today again a charge is debited for a service that I neither contracted nor have in use.

Hi, we're here to help you. Did you check your Adobe account? You can try logging in here and check if you see any plan: https://adobe.ly/42Dwfdc. If there is an active subscription, you may see the steps here to cancel the same: https://adobe.ly/48ojbde. If nothing helps, feel free to contact our support: https://adobe.ly/48g4RmE. Thanks

if it's a charge for a purchase via adobe.com (and not a mobile store, in which case, contact the store):

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
