Hi there, I can't update my payment and this message appeared to me

A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double-check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank.

I am having the same problem. Adobe charges me every month and when I tried to update my account information, I learned I do not have an account. So, I can't update the card they have on file. So I cancelled the card, they stopped charging me, and my computer works better than ever now.
