Sorry, but AFAIK you cannot. The payment rules from Adobe's distributor in your country take precedence, in this case. That means that in your country only credit cards are accepted regardless of which country that card is from.

Moreover, in many countries the Adobe memberships will not accept foreign accounts at all. The payments must be by a card that's issued in the same country as where the membership subscriber lives in.
