Hi, I have purchased one month plan of acrobat reader pro and after that I disabled the plan & remove the card details but still at the end of month I am recieving the message that your international online transaction service has been declined. I can also see the card in my account details but not able to edit that. How should I remove that and stop receiving the service request from bank.

do you have an acrobat pro desktop subscription from adobe?  or do you have a mobile subscription from one of the mobile app stores?  or something else?

Abhishek, thank you for your question. You can use the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html to update the credit card that is on file for your account. If you encounter an error, try using a different web browser or beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen so a support team member can work with you directly to add the payment method and clear any errors.

If you do not wish to continue your subscription to Acrobat Pro, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html for detailed instructions on how to complete the cancellation process. If you have any questions or need help with the cancellation, then please click on https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen to open a chat window.

Thanks for the reply. I think I had only remove the card details or something else. But now I have cancelled it successfully.

You say you "disabled" the plan. Exactly how did you disable the plan? Does the plan still show in your "Plans" section of your account?

Did you purchase the annual-pay-monthly plan (about $20 per month) or the monthly plan (about $30 per month)?
