Paypal payment for a year again but how

  1. Good afternoon, I live in the Netherlands and have a question about my Lightroom Classic photography membership that I purchased last year by paying for the entire year, so not monthly subscription but total annual amount. Now the year is almost over and I receive a message that a payment method must be added for an extension to proceed smoothly. However, I do not have a credit card, I do have PayPal, but for security reasons I have not linked it to my bank number. I just want to renew the subscription for another year, but how do I do that? Can I receive a new invoice by email on the date that the subscription expires so that I can pay PayPal the 144 euros for the entire year? If that is not possible, I will have to buy Lightroom Classic again and install everything again, then I will lose all the presets and settings that I have now made in Lightroom. So will I automatically receive an invoice that I can pay via PayPal? Who can answer this for me? Thank you kindly in advance, Margot

luckily it has been resolved. I ended up purchasing a new annual subscription from an online Photography store and redeemed the 24-part code in my Adobe account.

and if that doesn't help you, contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
