Personal Information & Community Content - Broken / Not Available for Download

At the bottom left of my personal profile on here, there are two links:

What are their purpose? Currently they are not functiong in any useful way. Clicking on these links downloads two files:

These files are tiny and do not contain the data suggested by their title.

This is using Firefox 112.0.2 and Safari 16.4.

Please advise.
