Hello everyone,
A few weeks ago I activated the free trial of Adobe Photoshop (annual plan, paid monthly). I used it only once or twice during the 7‑day trial and then forgot to cancel before it expired.
Invoice date: April 18, 2025
Charge date: April 25, 2025
According to Adobe’s refund policy, I’m eligible to request a refund until May 9, 2025 (within 14 days of the charge). However, when I check my transaction history, I only see the charge—no refund is pending.
What I need:
1. A full refund of the April 25, 2025 charge.
2. Immediate cancellation of my monthly subscription without requiring prepayment for the rest of the year.
Has anyone here (users or Adobe agents) been through a similar situation or know how I can escalate this to a live agent? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Hi, thanks for your message.
I started the free trial on April 10, 2025.
The paid subscription began on April 18, and the charge was made on April 25.
I misunderstood Adobe’s refund policy — I thought the 14-day refund period started from the charge date, not the start of the paid subscription. That was my mistake. Still, I’m in a difficult financial situation right now and really can’t afford this charge, so I have not cancelled my subscription.
I only used Photoshop once or twice during the trial and haven’t used it since. I genuinely didn’t mean to continue the subscription and now I’m not sure what to do.
If there’s any way to request a refund or escalate the case, I would be very grateful.
