Suddenly my Photoshop won't stay open. It wants me to sign in or start a trial, but won't accept my email address or password, it keeps wanting to use an email address that I haven't used for a very long time.
Up until yesterday, all was fine, a few days ago I updated my Beta version, my Camera Raw and my Photoshop 2024 successfully.
Nothing has changed on the computer. I use Windows 10 Pro.
My payment method is a monthly direct debit.
I hope you can help.

When I go to sign out of Creative Cloud, it shows the very old email address and I have no idea what password was used at that time,
I have just checked my documentation and the purchase was made using my current email address.
Should I try the second suggestion, or try to resolve the Creative Cloud sign out problem first.
If you don't mind, I will complete these tasks tomorrow... it is after 2.00 AM here in Australia and I am very tired.

using one of your email addresses, does your account.adobe.com account show an active subscription without payment problem?

Yes, my main email address shows an active account, with next payment due Jan 2026.
Photoshop still says start trial or buy now.

Thanks for your reply.
I have done as you suggested and it seems to have worked. The program stayed open .
Creative Cloud now shows the correct email address.
PS 25.12.4 opens easily, but PS Beta 26.11.0 is slow to open. First time I tried to open, the splas screen showed but the hourglass just kept spinning so I closed it.... then opened again later and it was much better, but still not as quick as it used to be, hopefully that will improve after a computer restart tomorrow.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed...

After one week, all seems to be well, starts fine, and correct email addresses.
I do have another problem regarding filters that aren't loading, but I'll have to work out first what section to post about it.
