plan cancel refund

i have cancelled my plan but still i haven't recieved any refund and also why do i have same plan shown twicw like i cancelled adobe ai plan which was already with the acrobat plan but still i have another plan of 400 something which has the same name as te adobe ai pro or something like that plz help me i want my refund

Hi @RIDHHAM_MANDOWARA7691,I can confirm that you cancelled your Adobe Lightroom plan on December 16, 2025. Adobe has initiated a refund for it. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to process.Also, I can see that you have an active subscription to AI Assistant for Acrobat which is different from Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. You cancel it however there would be an early termination fee for cancelling an annual plan before term end.
