Plan cancellation didn't work, no refund + still being billed

Hi there. I purchased Adobe Illustrator on 28 October 2020 and then cancelled at round about the 3rd or 4th of November, but instead of receiving my money back like the site said (see attached screenshot), the plan is still continuing and the next payment was already deducted from my account for the next month. Can somebody please assist me with cancelling my Adobe Illustrator plan and also refunding me?
