Good day, for several months I come with the problem that adobe continues to take me out of the card a monthly payment which I do not use, at some point I made the subscription and cancel it following each of the steps proposed in the help center, when I review the active plans I do not have any but the charge is still reflected in the card, Already check each of the parameters that put in these help centers and I can not find a solution.
They are charging me for a plan that I already canceled 3 months ago, someone knows where I can go, other than adobe options since I have searched for all those options and I can not find where to communicate directly.
contact adobe support and ask them to correct the error. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adob

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
