My yearly plan has changed price. It was 95₺ monthly last year and now you demand 450₺. I want to continue with the same old price. Otherwise how can I cancel my plan? Please reply as soon as possible.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Here's the answer from my colleague @kglad in another thread:

Hi @Barış27959417fdar:

I understand your frustration, however, this is a user-to-user forum—users (like me) volunteering to help other users (like you) —we can't fix software issues, nor can we make exceptions to licence terms, offer discounts or process refunds. Only Adobe can do that.

We can remind you that prices do increase over time, and you likely agreed to a yearly subscription. I learned early on that for any subscription—Strava, Office 356, Snagit, and yes Adobe subscriptions—must a.) read the license agreement before signing it and b.) put the renewal dates on our calendars so that if circumstances change, we can cancel before the subscription auto-renews and we are legally bound by another year by our signed license agreement.
