Cancel my Adobe after effect and Adobe photoshop 2025 subscription! We can't contact you at all! Your chat doesn't work properly. When I try to cancel our subscription, the system doesn't work and the link doesn't open. Please cancel our subscription!!!!

no one can cancel for you.  you must do it yourself.

 

if you have teams or enterprise subscription, contact the admin

 

if you have an individual subscription, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.



if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

Once the account is current, you can then complete the cancellation process referenced by Kglad at https://adobe.ly/41SxwhX. ^JW
