I am unable to access Plans for the last 3 days (since 2/11/2025). The home page is just 2 spinning discs but pretty much everything else is working on my account page. No Plans access from any direction. I wish to cancel my plan since the 50% increase to the monthly payment. Is there an email address for adobe or a telephone contact as I can't seem to find either.

Denis, thanks for posting to this public discussion forum. I am sorry you are blocked from completing the self-cancel process. If you have already tried using a different web browser to complete the self-cancel steps listed at https://adobe.ly/3JyjoEg then please use a different device. The self-cancel experience will work on a smartphone or tablet if you are unable to complete the process on your computer. ^JW

eg, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
