Please CANCEL, I do NOT need it.

Dear friends, in August I was trying just to open a single document my lawyer sent me in *.pdf format and downloaded Adobe, I have never used it since but, as I see, I pay monthly for subscription.
I do NOT work with these programms, I never use them! 

I want to cancel this. I have read terms and conditions and it sounds like, when I cancel the prtogramm, I must pay for 50% of the time rest. I do not accept this, it is unfair because I really do NOT use it and there is noting to pay for. Please help me to solve this problem.

It doesn't matter how often you use Acrobat.  You agreed to pay for it for 1 year. If you wish to avoid a penalty fee for cancelling early, wait until the 12th month to cancel your subscription.

if you have no subscription, you can remove your account.  here's info on how to do that, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/delete-adobe-account.html

 

if you have a subscription, and you want to cancel that subscription, you should understand possible fees, https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html#cancel and then to cancel follow, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/return-cancel-or-change-order.html or contact support per @John T Smith

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/misc/subscription_terms.html

You only need Adobe Reader to open a .pdf, which can be found all over the internet for free.

 

As you actively bought a subscription instead, then you have to pay for it. Contact Adobe support to see if they can cancel your subscription.
