Did you check the Invoice in your Adobe account portal?  It's available 24/7.

https://account.adobe.com/plans

Log-in and click on View Invoices.  See screenshot

If you still have questions, scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.
Online chat is available in English 24/7.

Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.

Hope that helps.

Hi there, I recently received this same charge for a purchase that was outside of my monthly membership. This purchase is not showing in any Adobe zinc documentation, invoice history, or monthly plan charges. I am worried that this is some type of fraud because it seems to be on traceable. And yet this item is showing up as charged on my PayPal account, by Adobe ink in the amount of $29.99. The charge is listed as STKS,ALL,MLP,DRI01,MUN,001,N/A
Item# 65260755. Has there been any resumption to this?

contact adobe support for information.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
