Ive started a new subscription for a plan that I used to be subscribed to but adobe has continued my old subscription, so now im paying for two subscriptions for the same package! The problem is that I can't cancel it either because a message keeps on popping up saying "There was a problem with processing your request". Does anyone have their contact details?

Adobe doesn't use e-mail.  It's not secure.

Use online chat or phone support only.

In the last 2 weeks I have had mulitple payments taken out ranging from $20 to $100+. I can't get ahold of anyone but I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Cards are, so far as I know, connected to your account not a subscription. So, if you update the card, a pending subscription will catch up with billing and resume. Anyway, you need to talk to Adobe, not to the fellow users here.

Alert! Someone will surely send you a private message inviting you to email them, or use Skype, or similar. THEY ARE SCAMMERS BECAUSE ADOBE WON'T DO THAT.  Adobe have no email but the support pages should take you to chat or phone.
