Please Make subscriptions in Egypt like Turkey prices especially after the dollar raises

can adobe make subscriptions in Egypt with lower prices like in turkey especially after raising on dollar price the subscription now is not suitable for most people.

I saw a lot of people here in Egypt buy turkey licenses at a very cheaper price.

Please help us
