Please tell me how to get to someone in the Adobe company so I can change the plan I have!!!!!

Please, someone, tell me how to contact a person that can help me change the plan I just signed up for today. I can't sign on because I dont know my password and I can't change anything with out having a password.  I don't want or need to spend $15.00/month for something I use, perhaps once a year. Hep me get free!!!

    How did you manage to buy a plan without knowing your password? You may need to go through "I forgot my password" stuff.
