Hi!
In total i'm subscribed to 3 plans (by accident)
- Photoshop
-illustrator
- Creative cloud
To my understanding Creative cloud includes both the app licenses for Ps and Ai, which in short means i've got each of the app licenses "twice" which is totally unnecessary.
When I Wanted to cancel the Ps plan I looked at the “change plan” option and checked the box to change my “Ps plan” to the “creative cloud” subscription instead (which includes Ps). But it seems it just added the creative cloud subscription and kept the old PS subscription as well. So It just added and did not change the plan.I never said i wanted to keep the old plan and add the new subscription on top of it..
Not gonna lie I feel cheated, what can I do? Is there anything I can do to at least get some of the subscription fees back? or at least be able to cancel the subscription without any more fees?
Would really appreciate some answers and guidance, thanks on forehand.
H

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
