Hello, my university Adobe account has been deactivated, resulting in the loss of five portfolios stored on Adobe Express and Behance cloud storage. I am currently job hunting and urgently need access to my portfolios.

I have reached out to my university's IT department several times, but as I have already graduated, they have chosen not to respond. I am reaching out to the Adobe team, hoping for assistance in transferring my portfolios to my current account (email removed by moderator). I would be incredibly grateful if the Adobe team could help me with this.

My university is Teesside University, and my university email address was email removed by moderator

Hi. I recently graduated this March' 25. And I am facing the exact same issues. My university is unresponsive. Did you find a resolution to this? Please help me, as I am job hunting as well.

not much you can do if your admin won't assist.  they control the assets.

the plan admin owns those assets.  ie, you need to get their cooperation, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html
