Positive log-in in Adobe CC app and anyone app doesn't work

Hello users,

I use Adobe CC with Windows 8.1 64-bit Samsung laptop.

I have installed CS6 package from a few years.

Yesterday I installed on this laptop "InDesign_12_LS20_Win64", "AdobePhotoshop18-mul_x64".

Only this versions is comaptible with Windows 8.1.

When I open the window CC app I have: ID (version 15.0) shows incompatible (In control panel no program installed) and on the list below: ID CC 2017 (version 12.1.0) shows "Try" button and ID CS6 (open and work good).

When I click on ID CC 2017 CC app shows information about atribution to my correct e-mail address, next I click log on button and next window shows me information that my licence is atrribution to my correct e-mail address and I click "Continue" button. Next window is window again with information about atribution to my correct e-mail address.

All the time over and over again.

I deinstalled Adobe CC 2017, restart computer and installed ID again.

I switched off my antivirus firewall.

No effects.

Anybody help me?
