Preiserhöhung ohne Ankündigung Status Student / Teacher Weg

Hallo, 

mir wurden heute 77,99€ für eine Student / teacher Version abgebucht. Ich habe keine Email zur Preisanpassung erhalten. Seit 2019 bin ich Kunde und nutze CC gelegentlich. Daher waren die 39€ bisher vertretbar. 
diese sind ja beim heutigen Angebot auch angegeben. Anstelle 77,99€ nur 13€ und nach einem Jahr 39€. 

Daher frage ich mich. Warum man jetzt direkt als Student / Teacher auf den Regulärpreis hochgestuft wird? 
chatbot konnte mir nicht helfen, Abo lässt sich nicht auswählen. Soll ich telefonisch machen.

No, I updated nothing. 

I don't get a request or find anything in my account for reactivate or send a proof. 

I tried to cancel my ABO and know I got 2 discounts 25% for one year or 2 month for free and then 77,99€. The EDU isn't selectable.

When I change the area to my home country, it changes and it is shown. 

Lehrende im ersten Jahr zum Angebotspreis von 15,46 €/Monat inkl. MwSt oder 184,58 €/Jahr inkl. MwSt. Nach Ablauf der Angebotslaufzeit wird dein Abo automatisch abgerechnet und deine Zahlungsmethode mit dem regulären Abopreis für Schülerinnen, Schüler, Studierende, Azubis und Lehrende belastet – derzeit 77,99 €/Monat inkl. MwSt oder 905,92 €/Jahr inkl. MwSt (Änderungen vorbehalten) 

So it says 1 year 15€and after that it starts at 77,99€ like regular. So EDU-Pricing ist just for one Year.

Yes, since 2019 I paid this. But look at the link. It is German but you can see the numbers.

The student/teacher discount is only valid for 1st year of purchase and not after that. let us know if you have any other questions regarding the same.

Maybe for my understanding 

one year discount 15€,  after that EDU price 40€ .

but now it's 1 year discount 15€ an then EDU 78€
