Problème de changement de formule

Bonjour,

Je suis abonnée depuis le 05/07/2021 pour Creative Cloud. Cependant, j'aimerai passer en formule étudiante car j'ai repris mes étudantes dans le web design, je suis donc éligible pour. Il m'est impossible de changer mon abonnement pour passer en formule étudiante.
