Adobe customer service and 3rd party service is s%#$.
I did the 7 day trial thru google and my computer was't compatible. I canceled it in the play store & they still charged me $75 but refunded it. However, Abode charged me $52. On Adobe service chat the rep told me I had 2 subscriptions. He said h3 cldnt cancel them and cldnt refund me. After copying & pasting the refund policy thst said within 14 days, you are fully refunded, the rep then said I would be fully refunded automatically. BS. He was lying to me and not trying to return my money they never should have taken.
And he would make me wait 20 minutes everytime he had to check on some thing. I love Adobe but honestly I can use something else becuase I would never give them my money after this.
