Problema de cancelación

Habia solicitado la prueba gratis de 7 dias y lo cual se me olvido cancelar antes de la fecha, pague los 18.612 con el iva que me cobraban y ahora lo quiero cancelar y me estan cobrando 86.020 anticipado al cancelarlo "por el compromiso anual" que yo no contrate supuestamente y yo contrate el mensual.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription

you probably subscribed to the annual subscription paid monthly.  you can confirm by checking your account, https://account.adobe.com

Hola disculpa la molestia yo Estoy teniendo el mismo problema pero en mi caso es en adobe creative cloud y tengo la facturación anual mensual y yo quiero evitar que me cobren eso saben si hay una forma de cambiar ese tipo de facturación para poder evitar pagar ya que soy estudiante y no tengo ese dinero para pagarlo

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
