Problemas con cobro indebido

Buenas tardes,  baje version de prueba de adobe acrobat pro que dura 7 dias. En ese plazo cancele la suscripcion pero a pesar de eso me generaron un cobro de $16.300.- aprox.  Luego de esto ingese nuevamente a la aplicacion para darme de baja nuevamente y dicen que me cobraran $ 62.000 por termino anticipado de contrato, cosa que nunca autorice.  Favor revisar la situacion e informarme a la brevedad.

if you successfully cancelled during the trial period, there's no penalty for early cancellation.  if you cancelled after the trial period you are liable for the early cancellation fee.

Al parecer son unos ladrones.  No hay forma de comunicarse con ellos, pero bien que cobran cosas que uno no ha autorizado

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Esto no está correcto, a mi me han cobrado 98€ por una cancelación y estaba dentro de los primeros 14 días después del periodo de prueba, donde en vuestra pagina pone claramente, que si estás en los primeros 14 días desde que se ha activado el plan, se puede hacer la cancelación del plan sin cobros de cancelación. 

 

y no hay menera de contactar para que me devuelvan mi dinero.

yo estoy igual, y no hay manera... adobe lo pone tan dificil cuando quieres quejarte y reportar cobros ibndebidos, he gastado más horas que nunca tratando que me devuelvan 98€ inaceptable.
