Problemas con la facturación y pago del plan

He pagado por el plan de Creative Cloud Todas las Aplicaciones con un mail universitario. Seguí los pasos indicados para realizar el pago con ese mail, y luego -y creo que ese fue el error- LUEGO creé una cuenta con ese mismo mail. Al ingresar a la cuenta no figura mi pago; y el bot de asistencia me indica que tampoco figura un pago con ese mail. 

El problema quizá fue que pagué con un mail que todavía no había registrado. Es decir, pagué con un mail pero luego me registré con ese mail. Y aparentemente el pago no se sincronizó con la cuenta creada.

No se cómo comunicarme para cancelarlo o que lo cancelen, para poder volver a realizar el pago y acceder al plan.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
