yes, I have more than one suscription, when I paid for After Effects, I didn't ask for Adobe Stock and Adobe is charging me for that plan that I don't need. I need to cancel Adobe Stock and get a refund.

What I need is to cancel the Adobe Stock service and get a refund for a service I don't use and don't even know what it's for. I'm sharing a screenshot of an email Adobe sent me two months ago saying the service was already canceled. So, if it's already canceled, why are they still charging me? I'm also sharing screenshots of an email I received on October 6th notifying me that the Adobe Stock charge was canceled.

Yesterday I realized that I was also charged for Adobe Stock in November. I wasn't aware of the November charge because in the email I shared with you, Adobe notified me that they had canceled the Adobe Stock product from my plan. I also have another email confirming the refund of the initial payment for that service. Here's that email:

How can I contact them? When I've tried to contact them, I only get a virtual assistant who doesn't connect me to technical support. In fact, I haven't been able to speak to anyone from technical support at all; you're the only person who has helped me so far.

I finally canceled my Adobe Stock 10 subscription. I'm only left with the Adobe After Effects subscription, which is the software I really need for working. I hope to receive a refund for that canceled subscription. Thanks for your help.

Necesito ayuda con urgencia, pues en Octubre comencé a pagar la mensualidad de Adobe After Effects pero el sistema me ha incluido otra función llamada Adobe Stock la cual no uso y nisiquiera sé para que sirve. En esos primeros dias de Octubre cuanto noté que el sistema me hacia el cargo por Adobe Stoke lo cancelé y me prometieron que no habrÃa más problemas, sin embargo, hace unos dÃas cuando Adobe me cobro la mensualidad de Diciembre por After Effects, también me volvió a hacer el cargo por Adobe Stoke y según mi historial de facturación también me hicieron ese cargo en Noviembre pasado. Entonces necesito que alguien me ayude a cancelar ese servicio que yo no utilizo y que me hagan devolución del dinero porque si no obtengo ayuda, cancelaré mi subscripción a todo el plan incluido After Effects que es un excelente software. Pero si no obtengo ayuda me cambiaré a otro software como Motion Array o Capcut.
