Problems after enter the redemption code in Mac

I entered the redemption code into my Adobe account for the Creative Cloud Photography plan, and everything seems to be working, but when I go to my Adobe account to check the new expiration date, the old one is still there. What can I do?

Hi @valfer_1964,

As per the account info, the subscription's end date is April 23, 2025.
When did you use the redemption code? As the expert mentioned above, please wait for 24-48 hours.

Redemption codes for Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account summary. It's recommended to wait 48 hours after redeeming the code to see the changes aare reflected in your account.  Contact customer support is advised if it's not updated after that time
