Do you still have the credit card that pays for your subscription? You will need that information when you contact Adobe support.

Beware of fake Adobe reps offering to sell you software or take control of your computer.  It's a scam.  Run away!

Yes i still have the card number and the information but it isn't more simple to have the bank manager cancell it.and would it make me have problem with the card like having bad credit at the bank

No one knows that.

Talk to your bank.

Simpler is bad term for this. IF you cancel the card and or get a new number Adobe would still try to charge the old card. That could cause problems for you in the long run. Don't know.

I personally have had to do similar things and it is always best to straighten it out at first chance in all regards.

It would be Simpler to contact Adobe and Straighten this out Properly.

You no longer have access to the email address/account you used as your Adobe ID and you can't remember either the email address (XYZ @ something . com) or the password you used?

You would need to contact Adobe directly.
