Hi, I've tried looking high and low for a way to contact you guys for general questions, but there are no options, so I'm asking here.
Is there a way to purchase the adobe creative suite for a one time payment (either in bundles or individual apps). Because I want to support the adobe apps and update the programs to help with my work, but paying every month is something I can't afford nor is it realistic for me, as I work in an NGO, don't get payed much, so a monthly commitment is not doable. I also don't need the creative cloud feature.
So is there an option for this?
Thanks!
Hi there,
You can purchase Creative Cloud plans by paying upfront. You can see the plans here: https://www.adobe.com/in/creativecloud/plans.html
Thanks

I'm not exactly broke but I only do this sort of stuff recreationally. I love the tools and the artistic freedom but can't self educate without access to the tools and companies that can afford to pay for them won't hire you unless you're educated in their use...

Well, Creative Suite 6 was discontinued long ago, but the CS6 Master Collection (all apps) used to cost $2,599 upfront – so not sure if that is more budget-friendly for many people than a subscription costing approx $10-50/month.
If you happen to need or use Adobe software for a non-profit or charitable organization, then you might want to look into TechSoup discounts.

Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff, and claiming they can sell you a perpetual license (which will be a fake with malware). Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @adobe.com, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.

Test_Screen_Name, yep it's a well-known prolbem for a long time. I nice that Adobe should create some kinda inforamtive FAQs where explain people basic information about sequency how to react in such situations, cause not everybody knows it.

I agree. I think the private message function should be blocked until a plan to protect Adobe's customers from criminal attacks is found.

For a sibscription is danm expensive. Specially comparing to the price a photoshop one time buy was.
it makes me mad how desproportionally high is the price between the private person vs commercial subscription.
Besides it too complete with functions so specific that most people who like to use for fun do not use anywayy. I think a light cheaper 12-14€ max version of some adobe classics would capture a lot of people that are using alternative open source software because this adobe treats people that are in it for little things or for fun, bad.
That's it. Now is subscriptions anywhere but some forgot to think of readonable prices for it. I feel roobed.

Photoshop CS6 used to cost $999 upfront for a one-time purchase with no upgrades included. Photohop (always the latest version) now costs ~$10/month instead. You think the first is more affordable?

Not sure what you mean here. Per person, Creative Cloud subscriptions for individuals cost less than for teams (businesses).

They're asking about a perpetual license, not being able to pay for a year's subscription upfront.
There are only a fewAdobe products that still allow purchase of a perpetual license, including Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements.
