O suporte não funciona e isto é um abuso.

Hi Shenna,
i´m trying to cancel my subscription to a mensal plan to the Adobe Acrobat DC, but following the instructions based on the links you send there is no option to cancel it. I cannot even connect to the chat. Please, could you provide a direct link or email to someone that could solve this ? I´m getting very disappointed with this kind of support from Adobe.

adobe has lots of products but if you're opening documents, those sound like they may be pdf's. if so, you can use the adobe reader to do that free of charge.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
