hello. I have a question. I previously downloaded Adobe Illustrator. and immediately made a mistake. but I received an email saying that I can't withdraw money for a subscription. why should I be charged if I deleted my subscription during the three-day free use? how do I make sure that I am not bothered with bills? Thank you in advance

check to see if you cancelled, https://account.adobe.com
if your subscription is not cancelled, and you want to cancel it make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Perizat, I am sorry, but I don't see any active memberships or recent purchases under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please see https://adobe.ly/3DAFHFK for possible causes and solutions to any unknown charges from Adobe. ^JW

I'm under an account <Removed by Moderator> registered. and this account has my problems that I can't figure out. I received a notification to both the mail and the bank application that they could not make a withdrawal. although, as before, I wrote an unsubscribe.

you'll probably need to contact adobe support to correct your payment issue and cancel. ie, you can't cancel until the payment issue is rectified.

Perizat, I edited your post to remove your e-mail address. Please do not share private information on a public discussion forum accessible to anyone with Internet access.
You can find information in https://adobe.ly/4iXWrHs on how to request a password reset.
Once you have access to the account, you can use the steps in https://adobe.ly/41IOy2g to cancel the subscription. ^JW
