Questions about changing primary email

I have two Adobe accounts, A and B. When I tried to change the primary email address of A to B, the system prompted that the email address is already in use. So, I logged into the B account and requested to deactivate it. After 24 hours, I logged into the A account and tried to change the primary email address to B again, but the system still said that the email address is already in use. Can this problem be solved? This is very important to me.

Additionally, I can receive emails normally from both A and B email addresses.

Hi @hao28645831ltad You did the reverse of what you should do. You can't change one account to an existing Adobe ID email. Once it's logged in the system you cannot remove it. Instead use the B email and deactivate the A email.

You can also contact Adobe Support with assistance in deactivating.

Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and log in with the email you want to deactivate.
