Quiero cancelar mi plan y no me dejan!

Quiero cancelar mi plan Adobe Creative Cloud antes de la renovación automática el 08 de junio del 2020 y cuando hago click en CANCELAR me indica que me comunique con Soporte al Cliente, pero siempre que lo hago dice que está cerrado! Y cuando pruebo con el chat dice que no está disponible. Parece una burla al cliente. No quiero pagar mas por este servicio.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....

clase loquera esta gente t canselan el plan pero ten multan, uno solo compra un mes ye llos mensualmente te estan cobrando,,,, que hp, por eso es mejor otros programas gratuitos

Please note that all your current plans are on an Annual Plan, paid monthly basis. This plan type offers a significant discount in exchange for a one-year commitment. If you choose to cancel, the following terms apply:

Cancellation Terms for Annual Plan, Paid Monthly
If you cancel after the initial 14-day window, an early termination fee will apply—this fee is 50% of the remaining balance on your annual contract. For instance, if you cancel in the ninth month, you would be charged 50% of the fees for the three remaining months.
