"Manage plan" button is not available

Hello,

I have an active Adobe All Apps plan, but when I log in in my account, I don't see the button "Manage plan". Instead of this there is a message "

"You'll be able to manage this plan shortly". My plan is active and in use, it's not canceled, so I don't see any logical reason to not have an option for management.

As adviced in the help center, I tried to contact Customer support, but without any succes. I received only a message :

Service Unavailable

Please refresh this page or try the options below.

Please advise what is the main reason for this problem and how to fix it.

Many thanks

I have tried 3 different browsers and the manage plan button is still unavailable under My Plans. Not sure what gives but I have tried for 3 straight days to cancel and still cannot find the way out. Also, no customer care telephone number. There are instructions from Adobe, but they do not pertain to me since the manage plan or cancel plan buttons are non existant. How do I cancel?
