"Verify your identity" Problem

Hi,

I'm trying to change my password cause I forgot it, however, when I reached to this step and after I put in the code, nothing else happened. I cannot proceed to the next step.

I tried to changed to another browser or another network line but I'm still stucked at this step.

I hope that someone have a solutions for this
