"You'll be able to manage this plan shortly"

I am having a problem, where I just brought the free adobe Illustrator trial, for a project, which I had intended to cancel in a few hours, once I had finished the project. However, every time, it just says "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly", and it's not letting me cancel it. I had also tried to contact an agent, however every time, the chatbot simply states "To continue with agent assistance, please sign in with an active plan. I found no record of an active plan linked to", and doesn't let me talk to a human agent. I also asked the chatbot which plans I'm currently subscribed to, however, it states that I don't have an active adobe illustrator plan, and states it inactive.
Thank you

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thanks, for some reason the chatbot refused to send me to an agent on the helpx site, insisting that I didn't have a subscription to adobe illustrator, however I tried sending a DM on twitter, and they were quickly able to get me an agent, and resolved the problem.
