Résilisation de mon abonnement Sign It

Bonjour,

Je souhaite annuler mon abonnement Sign it car je n'en ai plus la nécessité. Je ne trouve nul part un moyen de bloquer le renouvellement automatique annoncée au 14 Mai 2021. Merci de m'annuler mon abonnement Sign it. Où alor sde me donner une explication précise et claire de la façon de faire, car je tourne en rond sur l'Admin Console Adobe. Rien n'est disponible pour un chatt ou un téléphone pour obtenir une assistance. Adobe ne devrait pas négliger ses clients.
