Rückerstattung nicht erhalten

Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit einer Rückrestattung von Adobe an PayPal. Adobe sagt sie hätten die Rückerstattung am 20.5.2024 in die Wege geleitet und ich solle mich an PayPal wenden, Paypal sagt in ihrem Systhem gibt es dazu keinen Eintrag und ich sollte mich an Adobe wenden... das habe ich jetzt zweimal gemacht immer mit dem gleichen Ergebnis... keiner will's gewesen sein und ich habe Pech gehabt? Ich möchte einfach nur die zugesagt Rückerstattung, was kann ich tun?

Wie ich schrieb, beharren beide auf ihrem Standpunkt und verweisen nur auf den jeweils anderen als das Problem.

Ich habe Quitungen für die Rückerstattung von Adobe aber keinen Zahlungseingang bei Paypal. Das ist alles.

if you have proof of adobe's payment, then the problem is paypal.

Ich habe eine Quittung von Adobe das die Rückerstattung am 20.5. 2024 in die Wege geleitet wurde. Ich denke die Zahlung ist hängen geblieben oder, laut Paypal, vielleicht nicht richtig zugeordnet worden und zurückgegangen
