These are the TERMS you agreed to when you downloaded, installed the software and gave Adobe your payment card details.

From the time you installed the software, you had 14 days to cancel & request a refund. After which there are no refunds.
Cancelling early incurs a penalty fee. To avoid fees, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel. Or cancel now & pay a 50% penalty on remaining months of service. So if 6 months payments remain, you pay only 3 months.
