Hello I am dealing with the same issue,  I spoke with customer service and he refused to give me a refused and says I will be charged a cancelation fee. Could you help me?

These are the TERMS you agreed to when you downloaded, installed the software and gave Adobe your payment card details.

 

Subscription & Cancellation Terms:
https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

 

From the time you installed the software, you had 14 days to cancel & request a refund.  After which there are no refunds. 

 

Cancelling early incurs a penalty fee. To avoid fees, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel.  Or cancel now & pay a 50% penalty on remaining months of service.  So if 6 months payments remain, you pay only 3 months.
