I want to cancel a subscription to the Creative Cloud before my free trial ends on 10th April. I don't see the Creative Cloud subcription in my student account. I only see the Adobe for Business plan in my account. Will I see the subscription plan in my account before the free trial ends?
We appreciate you writing in. I checked and found that you have an active trial for CC all apps. Also, you have a team's license associated with the same email address.
The instuctions in the video tutorial looks straightforward, however I don't have the Creative Cloud subscription in my Subscriptions page. Also, I cannot access the Admin Console to cancel a team's license subscription.
